We will be completing scheduled maintenance on our Soft Switch. During this work window any calls in progress will be disconnected and any new calls will not progress. The outage will be limited to less than a minute and could occur three times during the work window.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Carrier Voice Network (Softswitch, Tollfree) and Hosted Voice Services (Cloud Calling for Microsoft Teams, Voice NOW, Tendfor Contact Centre, Dubber Recording, Cisco Webex).
