Telesmart would like to inform you that there will be an outage to some services on the 3rd of July between 11pm Sunday and 2am Monday. This is to carry out important firmware upgrades to core routers in one of our datacentres for security and stability reasons.
Reason for Work: Core router firmware upgrades as recommended by vendor
Impact Expected: Up to 2x 30 minute outages to some services during work window
Services Impacted: Upper North Island data and voice services
